I met Kim when I was frustrated, disappointed, and deeply sad. I had been for interviews, but the result was null. I had been looking for a job for 5-6 months. I heard about Kim through a friend and went to a couple of free presentations initially. I ummed and ahhed about if this was the right thing for me and how effective Kim might be. I’ll be honest I found it hard to justify spending money on this. However I’m really glad that I decided to give it a go as it was hugely beneficial and money well spent. I’m adamant that these sessions meant that I ended up with a job with a higher salary and more job satisfaction than if I hadn’t worked with Kim, so a solid investment. We started delving into the self awareness piece and I was concerned that it would be a bit airy-fairy for me but it wasn’t. I talked about myself a lot but Kim used some simple exercises and coaching to come out with an end result that I could remember and use. I feel this made the difference between accepting the ‘next job’ or hunting down one that I really wanted and a company that deserved someone like myself. I also really enjoy interviews and have never had a problem in this area. That being said the interview prep took me to the next level. Again simple exercises and master coaching made this super easy to do. There’s a lot Kim can help you with and I’m a big fan of the way he carries himself.
